Acceptance into the Academy of BioMedical Professions or Academy of Media Arts and Technology is based on information from the following areas: current report card, permanent record (grades 6 and 7), attendance record (grades 6 and 7), TAKS scores (grade 6 and 7), teacher recommendations, and quality of student essay.  Therefore completion and enclosure of the following items are mandatory for consideration of your application:

• Current report card

• Student essay
